Return and Exchanges

Non-Refundable Policy

All items sold are non-refundable and can only be exchanged with a product of equal value or topping-up the amount if the value is greater than the original purchased value. By placing an order for any of our products, you indicate that you have read this non-refund policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this non-refund policy.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or wrong sizes or design mailed out . Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, no exchange of product will be done.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase and the courier delivery documents. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be entertained. Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery will be returned. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If approved, your exchange will be processed by an email notification. Depending on the area of delivery, the time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The shipping costs are non-refundable. You are advised to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we will not be responsible for the returned item been lost during the shipping process.
